Problem Statements

  1. Navi calls the customer frequently and shares their personal loan details with the loan buyer's contacts. This is irritating and impacting less credibility.
  2. The contact button is hidden somewhere in the app.

Original User Story As a loan borrower, I want to have control over my personal information and loan details so that my privacy is respected, and I don't feel harassed by frequent calls or sharing of my information with others.
Existing Features in Navi: Currently, Navi makes frequent calls to customers and shares their personal loan details with contacts.
Why the existing feature cannot address the new pain point: The The existing feature violates customer privacy and can lead to a loss of credibility and trust in the app.
Original Pain Points: - Frequent calls from Navi, leading to harassment and inconvenience.

Proposed Solution: Show a pop-up message which states, "We won't call you unless you did not pay your loan even after 5 days. At any cost, we won't call your contacts or reveal your personal details. You can change the deadline up to 3 times, with a maximum of 15 days within your loan repayment period. Read more about the terms and conditions here."

As a loan borrower, I can easily access and understand Navi's policy on calls and sharing of personal information through a pop-up message. I can also change the loan repayment deadline up to 3 times, with a maximum of 15 days, within the loan repayment period, giving me more flexibility and control over my loan repayment.
