About Simpl

Simpl is a consumer experience platform, providing a full stack solution for ecommerce conversion. It enables merchants to give customers 1-tap checkout, buyer protection and a pay-later facility

Objective

Analysing Simpl’s mobile app, finding the current pain points of Simpl’ users from Google Play Store and proposing solutions to solve it.

Goals

  1. To increase high ticket size transactions by 80%
  2. Increase CSAT score by 20%

Need/Want Personalised expense chart within the Simpl app
Pain Points Always overspending my budget, which increases my fear of using the Simpl app even for small transactions
Current User Story I find it challenging to optimise my budget effectively using the Simpl app.
Proposed Solution An interactive donut chart in the transaction section of the user, which will help them find where their money is going unnoticed.
Updated User Story With the help of the customised transaction chart in the Simpl app, I can easily find insights to optimise my budget and achieve my goals

Needs/Want I need access to the increased credit limit for a specific day
Pain Points I like the discounts and 1-tap checkout in simpl app, but I can’t purchase high ticket products like Laptops or Luxury Airpods
Current User Story As a user, I want to be able to purchase a wider range of products and take advantage of discounts, but my credit limit restricts my choices.
Proposed Solution Introduce a feature that allows users to temporarily boost their credit limit for a chosen day, enabling them to make larger purchases and avail discounts.
Updated User Story As a user, Boosted credit limit for a chosen day has helped me enjoy a wider selection of products and discounts from partner merchants.
