Connection to Cult.fit First Time User
Original User Story Whenever I open the Cult.Fit app, I'm presented with random subscription plans that have little relevance to my fitness goals. This makes it challenging to find a plan that aligns with my specific needs and objectives.
Pain Points The app currently displays random subscription plans without considering the user's specific fitness objectives, resulting in irrelevant recommendations and a poor user experience.
Proposed Solution Gather user goals and preferences through a survey at the initial app launch. (Taken only once in the entire user journey to reduce bounce rate)
Updated User Story As a first time user of the Cult.Fit app, I'm now able to provide my fitness goals and preferences through a survey when I first launch the app. This allows the app to recommend subscription plans tailored to my specific needs, making it easier to find the right plan for me.
